Your timeline depends on the number of pages, the features you need, and how quickly content and feedback come back from your side. After our first call we share a week-by-week schedule so you always know what is happening next, and rush delivery is available when you have a fixed launch date.

A professional multi-page business website starts at a fixed package price, while e-commerce and custom builds are quoted based on scope. Instead of forcing you into one-size-fits-all pricing, we send a clear, itemised quote once we understand your goals, so you only pay for what you actually need. Design, development, and basic on-page SEO are included in every proposal, and there are no hidden charges.

For fixed-scope projects we work in milestones, usually an advance to begin, a stage payment when the design is approved, and the balance before final handover. Retainers and maintenance plans are billed monthly. We accept UPI, bank transfer / NEFT, and cheque, and we provide a proper GST invoice for every payment.

We follow five clear stages: Discovery (understanding your business and audience), Design (wireframes and visual mockups you approve before we build), Development (building a fast, responsive site), Review (your feedback and revisions), and Launch (going live plus a handover walkthrough). You get a single point of contact throughout and can see progress at every stage, so there are no surprises.

To begin we need a short brief on your business, your logo and any brand colours, the content or product details you want featured, and a couple of reference sites you like. Do not have polished text or photos ready? That is completely normal. We offer copywriting and stock or photo support and guide you through it, so a lack of ready material never holds up your project.

Every project includes up to three rounds of revisions at the design stage and two rounds during development, which is more than enough for the vast majority of clients. We would rather get it right than count edits, so we work with you closely at each approval point. Larger changes requested after final sign-off are quoted separately so the scope always stays transparent.
